                Yoga In-Person
Join is us for yoga at the library. This class is open to all, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We will explore gentle and traditional yoga postures through the movement of breath, while also practicing different types of breathwork and meditation. The theme overall for each class is to increase mobility and flexibility within the body and to help create a peace of mind for mental well-being.
Please wear yoga appropriate attire and bring a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water. Participate at your own risk.
