Tai Chi for Health Online

Tai Chi is an evolving practice to strengthen and lengthen muscles, and improve coordination, balance, and breathing. Repetition is key to memorizing the forms and to achieving the breathing and balance portion of the forms. Join Yvonne for this one-hour, online session of gentle movement designed for beginners and open to all levels of practice. Attendees assume all risk for participation.
