Seated Tai Chi Online
Take a refreshing break, try something new, or restart your practice. Join Yvonne, an experienced Tai Chi instructor, for this one-hour online session of gentle, seated movement. This friendly introduction to mindful practice focuses on upper body movement. It is designed for beginners and open to all levels of practice. Attendees assume all risk for participation.
